MSc (Landscape), BSc (BE)

Architect Ranga Dias graduated in B.Sc. Built Environment from University of Moratuwa in 1993 and received her Masters in Landscape Design from University of Moratuwa in 2009. Also she has gained a Diploma in Landscape design Part I from CHPB Center for Housing, Planning & Building in 1991.

Ranga is a freelance consultant for Design Studio from 2009 to date. From 2005 to 2014 she has worked as a Landscape Architect for Urban Development Authority (UDA) Colombo and involved in design and inspection of Beach improvement projects, Community parks, Roadside parks, Tsunami housing relocation projects, Nature recreation projects, Beach parks and Street planning projects.

And also she has worked for State Engineering Corporation Colombo and Design Consortium Limited Colombo as a trainee architect after graduating in 1993. She has worked for Muncipal Council Kotte as a trainee environmental officer from 1995-1996 and for South Asian Regional Development Consultants as an Architect from 1997 to 1998.

Ranga is an innovative designer in her area of specialty in the field of Landscape and Architecture.
