Lalani Dodangoda has 27 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry covering civil, infrastructure works, interiors and engineering management of projects. More than 9 years out of 27 she has worked for gulf countries. Since 2000 Design Studio outsource her various projects for Quantity Surveying consultations.

Lalani’s expertise includes cost planning and cost controlling in all aspects of the project from conceptual design development phase to deliverables. She has achieved a great deal of success by combining service with technical efficiency and her thorough understanding of every aspect of modern construction industry. She is a member of Assoc RICS, LIDPM (UK), M.ACostE (UK), PQS -CIQS – CANADA, AACE – USA and MPMI – USA. Her exposure to all forms of contracts, measurement systems, and contract conditions make her a valuable team player

She expertise in Quantity Surveying ( design Economics & cost Planning ), Financial /Cost Management and Contract Administration.

Her Key experience includes project cost management, cost controlling and contract administration and has worked as the Quantity Surveyor and Project Co-coordinator for Leading companies in Abu Dabi and Oman.
